On two new computers (identical) Notes crashes when launched in Standard mode but runs fine in Basic. Support has directed me to SPR BJGY82KTXZ which blames it on a Windows graphics problem. I've tried turning off graphics acceleration and upgrading the drivers. It now takes a few seconds longer to crash but still crashes as soon as the Notes desktop appears.
Support wants to make it Microsoft's problem. Can't see why it isn't IBM's problem. Everything else, including Notes in basic mode, runs fine on these machines.
Windows XP Pro SP3 with Intel integrated graphics. Notes 8.5.2 FP1. All the memory 32 bit Windows can use. No other programs running during testing.
Any ideas or suggestions?
